LAURA MICHL
Laura Michl advises companies and company representatives in all aspects of labor law, social security and criminal labor law. She has a pragmatic approach to HR, in areas such as collective bargaining, international mobility, representation of executives and technical issues such as working time. She is also involved in restructuring, audit and compliance operations. She is active in advisory and litigation strategies and has a specific training in negotiation. She is a native English speaker accustomed to work in an international environment, which makes her a valuable strategic partner to foreign businesses. She began her career at DLA Piper and gained significant experience at Flichy Grangé Avocats.
She is a member of AmCham in Paris and Avosial (union of lawyers defending employers). Member of the Paris bar since 2007, she holds a postgraduate (DEA) in International private law of the University of Paris X Nanterre, and a Master’s in Private Law and a master’s in Anglo-american law of the University of CY Cergy Paris.
