GRACE KASSIS

Grace Kassis holds a master’s degree in private international and commercial law (Université Lyon III) and a master’s degree in international and european law (Université Paris-Sud).

Grace intervenes in business law, particularly in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law.

Grace focuses more particularly in mergers and acquisition operations.

Grace also advises private investors in strategic corporate restructuring on their private wealth, incorporation of companies and financing of acquisitions.

With her academic and professional background, Grace deals with a diversified clientele in France and in foreign countries.

Prior to joining REVIGNY, Grace worked in an international institution and in a law firm in Paris.
