François Peyron assists private and institutional clients in corporate law, particularly in connection with the implementation of complex transactions.

François also regularly advises French and foreign banks and investment funds, namely for regulations issues and in the scope of syndicated loans.

François also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation before the French courts, as well as in arbitration.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, François holds a Master's degree in Business Law and a Master's degree in International Human Rights Law (Grenoble Alpes University).
