Fadja Baldé's practice focuses on business law. He has a particular interest in corporate law, banking law, finance law and tax law.

Fadja intervenes in corporate mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing, as well as legal issues related to the FinTech legal environment and innovative companies in general.

Fadja advises, assists, and represents French and international companies as well as individuals in all stages of their economic activities and in their various legal and tax issues

Fadja regularly advises French and foreign banks and investment funds on compliance issues and assists them in their relations with regulators.

Prior to joining REVIGNY, Fadja worked for a law firm in Paris that assists innovative companies with their legal and tax issues.

Attorney-at-Law at the Paris Bar, Fadja holds a Master’s degree in banking and financial law from the University of Strasbourg), and a Master’s degree in business Law (University of Haute-Alsace).
